I am proud to announce the acquittal of one of my clients of theft charges after a two day jury trial in Jefferson County. The client was facing 4-10 years in prison if convicted due to her prior criminal record. She was acquitted of all charges today. The trial was presided over by Circuit Court Judge Eric Dirnbeck.
